Support is available via phone Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Central Time. Support requests may also be submitted via email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any requests submitted after 5:30pm Central Time via email will receive response next business day.
Standard support costs are included with the purchase of your license, and good for 1 year (365 calendar days) post-purchase. For support renewal, please contact your account manager.
